FREU president Olaf Gehrels is quoted saying that "the automotive industry will be the driving force in robotics for the next 10 years.
The automotive industry offers big potential for sales of industry robots. Basic motto are new materials, hybrid cars and final montage. The Europe must automatize, that final production will not move to China. With that approve also the professionals, they suppose that in next five years the robotic industry will be dependent on automotive customers.
Further topis is the „green automation“, which offers to robots producer big chance and interesting products. Also on Automatica Fair was this theme the most discussed. The producer jump into „green train“ and compete in energy saving products.
